DHIS2/DHIMS Sync Guide

Ensure your facility's data is accurately reflected in national health statistics.

1. Review Reports: Verify all monthly data is entered and accurate.
2. Navigate to Data Exchange: Go to the Reporting & Data module.
3. Authentication: Ensure your DHIS2/DHIMS credentials are configured.
4. Initiate Sync: Click Push to DHIMS to start the data transmission.
5. Validation: Wait for the confirmation message and check for any errors.
6. Reporting Period: Data is typically pushed for the preceding month by the 5th working day.
